I noticed that Margoni (i.e. @angmarg52) had shared a 2.0 version of this table at PSDB about a year ago, so I decided to update his existing entry, here:
Also wanted to add that we have three VP versions, too!
[1] and [2] are by Leon Spalding, and a nicely-detailed VP8 version is by @pbecker1946. So I added a couple more fun images to the latter's entry, and you can check it out here:
The two attached screenies are Margoni's FP version, and Phil Becker's VP version.
I must say, I always find it kind of fascinating how different table authors can come up with such different-looking versions when all is said and done. "Style and aesthetics," one might say.
