Hi and thank you :-) ... but i can´t start this table ... get only the message "Starting Game Scripts"... thats all...
With the cGame-Name "bond" it starts the PUPpack... i had rename the cGame-Name in the script but the "Starting Game Scripts" Sequence is all what i see.
Do you have a idea or a tip for me? Thank you !
 
I have the same issue with this table, really wanted to grab this one and get it on my cab but no matter what I do it won't boot up. I got a couple of other friends having the same problem with it..Looks awesome from the pic though.

Oh it could be that you have PUP installed and the game still has scripts for PUP I use the standalone version of Visual Pinball from Github
https://github.com/vpinball/vpinball/releases/tag/10.7.3 It can also be that you have the bond rom in your VpinMame. The game should play on any Visual Pinball but it must be the scripts opening the pup and rom. Thanks for letting me know I will look to fix this.
 
I have a VPX test machine without pinup popper and PUP capabilities and my small VPIN system with pinup popper installed. I get the script error messages on both systems, even if I change the cGame name in your table from “Bond” to, for example, “BondOhnePup”. The PUP pack is then simply no longer loaded, but until your table is fully loaded in VPX, I don't even get that far because of the script errors. The computer almost “hangs up” when starting the table...

Oh sorry about that this is strange because it works ok for me. The only thing I modified was I took the announcer sounds out of the bond game and removed the jetpack mission and changed the ramps. Hmm? I reuploaded it to Dropbox https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/n3f9...ey=5bo5yxitr9y7lxvo5ptf3cwts&st=yb70oyoc&dl=0

It loads for me normally so it has to be the script I did use VPX 10.8 to make it and that could have something to do with the game hanging up. :s It's strange hope someone can figure it out.

I changed Game Name line 34 incase it was looking for bond rom,

and I turned off Savehs line 371

I had the problem of Savehs before because I did not run Visual Pinball as Admin so it could not save. Sorry you have this problem but most of the script was there from the James Bond table I only turned off missions and voice announcer. The game works for me so I don't know why it is causing this. If all other games work then it must be some part of this script you can try running the James Bond game to see if it does the same thing.

I have found the solution. As the table continued to hang when executing the scripts, I tried the files core.vbs and controller.vbs (I had tried 3 versions) without success until I received an error message in the DMD block of the table script.
Switching off the FlexDMD:

' Use FlexDMD if in FS mode
Dim UseFlexDMD
If Table1.ShowDT = True then
UseFlexDMD = False
Else
UseFlexDMD = False
End If

now allows me to load the table without errors and play a few balls :-).
I use all tables only in Cabinet-Mode. Nice Weekend..

arcadefreak Thanks for finding this bug I am glad it is working for you now. It makes sense because I use the Visual Pinball that doesn't install from GitHub for editing the game and if you use the installer version it has the FlexDMD so it was looking for that file in the scripts for the Flex. I don't use installers anymore for any programs unless they are drivers or system software on my partition.
 
That doesn't fix the dmd issue because all that does is turn it off to allow the twble to run. Still need a dmd
 
I have the same problem with the DMD. It's strange because the script DMD_Init() is the same in another tables.
The table block when she's attempt to add the background image : DMDScene.AddActor... I try with another image, but same error.
 
Just for information : when we TILT in this table, the ball stay blocked in the bottom between both flippers !
 
Here a B2S. Not perfect, but it has the merit of existing.
