Not sure about this one.
To access the content, they're charging US$35/yr, and also selling CD's.

Since much of that content was doubtless scanned by others, with the IP's technically belonging to the respective companies, this seems like piracy for profit, which is generally heavily frowned upon.

Maybe I'm missing something, tho.

Unfortunately, in life, it's possible to try for everything good, yet still get scammed.

Judges can decide, if these matters are pressed. That's what they're there for.
