Williams Paddock (Williams, 1969) won't start up

After sitting for 20 years, I replaced all the rubber parts, several bulbs and plugged her in. it took right off and seemed to work fine. A week later my grandkids came up to try it and it would lite-up and display game over, but thats as far as it would go. I push the start button and try the flippers, but nothing works. It's got to be something minor. Can anyone help this complete novice where to go from here?

First, check the contacts behind the start button. If it's been sitting, you're bound to have some corrosion.
