Each year, PAPA operates the largest, most competitive pinball
tournament held anywhere in the world, bringing approximately five
hundred players and spectators from around the world to enjoy four
solid days of brutal pinball battles. And, of course, to have a
flipping good time with 300+ games to play in the practice banks!

Players of all skill levels are welcome. It's fun just to come watch
or play the practice machines. Although PAPA is not a "show" in the
usual sense, there is something for everyone. The tournament provides
not only the opportunity for terrific competitive play, but also
anyone is welcome to browse the machines, play for coin drop, meet
other players, and watch the competition.

Pre-registration closes Monday, August 10, 2009. You may register on-
site instead.
This registration system is secured by SSL and hosted by pair
Networks, Inc, one of the PAPA sponsors. If you do not feel
comfortable providing your credit card information here, you may
instead print this form and fax to 412-381-9998, "attn Kevin Martin".
Please note that pre-registration is not required - any player may
register on-site at any time during the tournament. However, pre-
registering has several advantages:
* pre-registrants will be admitted to the tournament site early
* pre-registrants will be entered in a drawing for a special
prize, to be awarded at the tournament
* pre-registrations help us gauge how many players to expect
* if we expect lots of players, we may expand the number of
qualifying slots to advance to final rounds in each division
* the pre-registration package will be waiting for you at the
tournament as soon as you arrive
* you can reserve a T-shirt (many sizes tend to sell out)
* lower player numbers prove that you are cooler than other
people :)
Remember, players of all skill levels are encouraged to attend and
enter!
Please note that pre-registration is only available for the complete
package as described below. If you only want to register for a player
number (this costs only $5), just do that when you arrive at the
tournament. We will not run out of player numbers!

cost of just $35:
* basic player registration ($5 value)
* printed packet including tournament rules and machine
information
* reserved PAPA 12 T-shirt, size chosen on this form ($20 value)
* one non-transferable free qualifying entry in division of your
choice (worth up to $20)
* other random goodies from our sponsors
T-shirts will be available at the event, but in limited quantities and
sizes only. Shirt pricing will be $20 on-site, or more for special
