Really nice collection of pins. I would be nice if a guy could actually make money keeping that collection going year round, in a permanent location, to really promote the lost art of pinball, or....Okay my eyes are closed and my PIPE DREAM Starts!!
Turn his house into a pizza parlor/sandwich shoppe/ read HOT PASTRAMI on hoagie/ with beer etc. and the basement as an attached gameroom open to a club type atmosphere.
People pop probably on average 60-150 dollars every time they go to an Indian gaming casino, and mostly just pull a handle. If some of the tables/or all were redemption, you could get a free beer, french fries etc. for high score etc.
Or instead of his house, locate in a closed down wendys or mcds any building leaving a kitchen behind. probably located at a strip mall, not shopping mall thats too expensive and you need easy access. Long and narrow would work, like at a Cousins sub shop. Of course no food or beverage on the pin glass a few bolted down small circular tall tables with spinning stools centered between two walls of pins. One could always grab a stool if desired to play!!! :) or eat!!!. At least twenty pins to start.
Charge by the hour, like pool then whether you are very skilled or an amateur you would get, as an owner, your moneys worth, lets say 6 dollars first hour and 4 dollars every hour after. A hand stamp could allow you to pay lets say 20 dollars a day for all day, like 12-16 hours if you are really a diehard. ID required like in pool, so if you mistreat/ not talking about nudging! the tables you have a recourse. Put numbered playiing magnets with the duration of play purchaed: ALL DAY, Two hours, One Hour, Free game token. Logging in the start time with handout of magnets, and taking the ID's. Regular trusted customers could skip the ID, with just the name/phone number/ start time. Ten minute grace period if a game finishes long etc.etc.
One free game with every combo sub/sandwich/pizza order. THats to get interest in the pins, from the new generations. Hold monthly tournaments with food prizes and t-shirts advertising your place

Pinball on a Stick could be dessert: chocolate covered ice cream bar with an L shaped top/Backglass.
The real advanced players know what a great collection of pins these are, and with hours of daily use, those players could get an hour free for every four hours played or an hour free with a day pass!! Any grand master score could garner a free day etc. Any one staying that long will wanna eat and drink something. The food has to be top notch!! also...LIke the old TOGO's
A person with that outstanding collection might be able to proposition an established restaurant that has room to just add his collection to a separate room etc.
IF YOU BUILD IT, THEY WIZARDS WILL COME!!!
Okay, Im starting to wake up from my dream, DAMMIT, give me another sleeping pill PLZ!!!
