Gottlieb Pinball Pool (Gottlieb, 1979) problem

hi i'm new to the forum and hope someone can help out ! I have a gottiebs pinball pool that i'm having trouble with ! I have to stwitch on lots of time before I can get it to start !! when it finally loads up it seems to play normally ! do I have a stwitch prob ? how would I go about testing for this ?

have you tried any of the ground updates yet? check out pinrepair.com or pinwiki for gottlieb system 1 info.
