Bally Playboy (Bally, 1978) machine wont boot

we have 2 balley pinball machines a 1977 and a 1978 playboy machine, they worked perfect before the move, after moving them 30 miles they both wont boot, both machines the table lights turn on but the display wont turn on, we have checked fuses and on 1 machine it looks like the batter may be missing,
anywhere to get a service manual for the machines,

did they get disassembled for the move? did they go to storage for a little while? or were they moved assembled and test the very same day? it seems like maybe the wiring didnt get reconnected properly or at all. let us know
