hello everybody;
first: apologizes for my english spoken...
second: i download the vp pack on this site and install it on my pc, i download a lot of table but it doesn t work;
exemple:
with the TAXI_jp_5.0*, i can see the table on vp, but impossible to play
the first message is: VBS script "Unable to open S11.VBS. Ensure that it is in the same folder as his table. Variable non definie."
the second is:" can't load Vpinmame;variable non definie"
the third : "Vpinmame ver 01530000 required"
the 4*: S11.VBS ver 3.1 or higher required;"
WHo can help me please to resolve this Problem.

second question, i want to play new versions of JP salas table. How can i do it.

make sure that you downloaded and installed pinmame too. this will clear up all those errors you are getting and which new version of JP's table do you mean the taxi one? is it a vp8 table? again install pinmame make sure you have the table in the table folder and the correct ROM (leave it zipped!) in the Rom folder within the proper vp program

i downloaded the Visual install pack, and think Pinmame is automaticly install with it. Is it an error of me ? Can you confirm?

If you already have Pinmame installed I believe that taxi is a vp9 game, because I had a similar problem when I started with that game. If you want to play a vp9 game: click on vp9.07 (install if you don't have it), go to file open and find the game and click, this puts it in the editor, then press play. As for vbs11 error, make sure that the vbs file is in the same place as the game (same page). If you want to play a vp8 game you can just doubleclick on the blue button. It's ok to keep vp8 and vp9 in the same folder, they just open in a different way.

Make sure to also download the TAXI ROM .zip file to the Pinball\Roms folder.
Keep the ROM file ZIPPED. Do not unzip it.

The ROM.zip file for each VPinMAME table controls the computer in the modern pinball machines and provides the sounds and videos seen in the scorebox (the DMD display) , which is why it is a ROM (Read-Only-Memory) file.
