I have a problem, when the game starts, big letters show on the screen "factory settings" and it won't get to the game. How can I fix this?

This usually happens on first run of a table.
You can restart table, or hit F3 and "Factory Settings" goes away.
When downloading and playing table for first time, you should always close, and restart table, as other adverse effects can happen also on first run of table.

On first run, anything can happen on all tables.
Best to start them, and then close and restart them, or you will find alot of adversities such as kickers not working or lights not working, etc etc.
You only need to do this once, as it is only on the first run of a table that this can happen.

Or if the release which includes an .nv file, use it. Usually solves the problem of no balls on the table problem.
