Hi Thomas

The VPM version of Ripley`s Believe It or Not uses sound samples for sounds. The only German version of Ripley`s Believe It or Not that I know of is here at PN. You can search the downloads section here at PN for German and you will find a few German table Mods. I think these tables use German sound samples. You can check IPDB for a German Pinmame rom as well.

Yes, if your computer is fast enough you can use any valid Ripley's romset that visual pinmame supports, without sample files.
English, French, German, Italian, Spanish
