There is a documentary, "Bully", about school and the title topic.
Because it includes language from the students involved, it is rough language, and so the MPAA insists on giving it an "R" rating which means that the students cannot freely view it nor can it be shown in schools.
There is a petition campaign at change.org to persuade the MPAA to give the documentary a PG-13.
Change.org appears to want too much user information, though I've found that I can skip many of the details.

An alternative is to contact the MPAA and let them know that you support a PG-13 rating for "Bully".
