Triple Action Spinner adjustment.

Triple Action

popotte, are you still here?
you know how to do this.
can you give me a little advice on how to lighten up on the friction or spin force on your IRPB triple action so the spinner
will spin a little more.
it's been awhile since i have been in the script.
when i went into the spinner section i made some changes to friction and i think spin force.
it was either triple action or star pool.
star pool is a clone of triple action on the same page of 70s tables.
i think it kicked back to the script and got an error of "out of range" when i hit the spinner.
it plays fine in any VP9.
anybody know how to do this?

Hello, it's not my table (I never recreated Triple Action or Star Pool), so...

i was just asking if you had any ideas

But they are (old) VP tables and I am a FP man, so I don't know how spinners work with VP, sorry.

If that is the table below you are trying to modify, this the line in the script you need. Drop the number a little at a time to get to where you want the spin to be.

const Friction = 1.5 ' Friction coefficient (deg/sec/sec)

Increasing the number on this line will impart more force on the spinner when hit.

const SpeedMultiplier = 18 ' Affects speed transfer to object (deg/sec)

thanks for the reply.
yes, that is the table.
i think i did make changes to the friction something like you described.
i got an error of "out of range" when the ball hit the spinner pegs.
i'll try again.

yeah they are old,
most were able to cross over to VP9FS and play well.
some did not.........crash.
the usual tweeks were needed to play FS in all the conversions.
