There has been some confusion over the permission to publish tables based upon the work of a deceased author.
All such works will be made available to all as legacy works gifted to the community and are available to be improved and published as a separate updated version by anyone provided they credit the original author.
None have any claim on any table releases other than those they alone have actually released and published.
