VP scripting question

Hi folks

I'm about to finish my actual VP-project (see thread) but I wish to add some "special feature" I once saw in some VP tables years ago - but I can't remember which one...

I would like to have a pop up form when launching the table, asking stuff like e.g. Balls to play. I know there are other ways to "gather" variables, but I'd really like it this particular way. (see att.)
Can somone please tell me how to script such a VB routine in VP or name at least one of those tables using it? Thank you very much!!!

A little fancy, but some text message elements can be eliminated:

 Dim Input

Sub Table1_Init()

Input = InputBox("Please Enter Number of Balls (3 or 5)") 
MsgBox ("You entered: " & Input)
End Sub

Then refer to the Dim Input for the value, but what happens if someone chooses a number other than 3 or 5?
