HI ;
I've inherited a second hand laptop from an acquaintance , which is a Fujitsu with i5 processor and 4gb ram , 500 gb hdd , running Windows 7
It is far from ideal for gaming , but newer and faster than my current Gateway i3 laptop (from 2014?) I think
I'd assume the new Fujitsu would be more than enough for VP9 (which my Gateway run very good without noticeable lag or whatever with high gfx settings)
I've installed VPX7 aio installer , updated pinmame to latest beta , copied my tables and rom files , set it up as it should
But every time I start a new table this D3D error pops up (both VP9 and VPX)
After I click OK it runs the table normally? without noticeable glitch or error
But it's a nuisance and want to know what causes it and how it could be fixed
The laptop has its latest gfx drivers installed , has DX11 , I've installed VB runtimes , everything else seem to run normally
I'm pretty sure it is capable of running VP9 at least , because I even used to play VP9 on my older Celeron laptop with Windows XP , it ran mostly great without such error
Best regards
