Bally Xenon (Bally, 1980) Sound Problem

Working on a Xenon and have everything working except some sounds. I have all of the ahhs from the pops and slings, welcome to xenon and go for the tube shot voices but I have no sound track (music) and no sounds when hitting targets, spinner or rollovers. I made sure I've selected option 03 under menu 18 which turns on all the sounds. I've replaced all the PROMs thinking maybe I had some bad ones. I've checked voltages on both the sound board and vocalizer board and all check out according to the manual. I've reflowed the main connectors on both the sound and vocalizer boards. The guy I bought it from said he replaced the Pots and caps on the sound board. Not sure if he did but they don't look that old. I'm at a loss here. Any help or tips of anything else I could try? It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
