Hey all,

I realized recently I never uploaded Yu-Gi-Oh to PN, and I figure it's time to rectify that. This is the same version that was uploaded to Pinball Originals a couple years ago, but with that site going down (temporarily I hope), I figured I should go ahead and put it on Pinball Nirvana.

This was made with VP8, and even though it will run on VP9, I'm working on a separate version for VP9 which I should have ready to release soon.

woohoo! having heard all about this pin in recent posts at vpf I went to PO and that's when i found it was down. thanks for bringing it over here, now i can get it too! are you also gonna be posting any of your others from PO here too?

Thanks for the kind words. BGC and Tokimemo 2.0 are here now in the downloads section (BGC doesn't really work with VP9 yet), and I'll probably upload Initial D here when I get it adapted to VP9 (or maybe sooner :)). Not sure when that will be as of yet. Initial D becomes a pretty good-sized table with all the music I have in it.

Yu-Gi-Oh is still a personal favorite of mine even though I first built it in 2003.

Hey Neo! :)

Yu-Gi-Oh! is a Great table and I loved playing it in online tournaments several years ago back when Sunny offered informal online tournaments on a regular basis. VPF has to get their act together about the tournaments.
To everyone else, you gotta try this table.

The filesize is 15 Mb. Does this download include the MP3 Music Pack? (EDIT: Duh! Yes. The download includes the MP3 Music files. Put these mp3 files in the Visual Pinball\Music folder!)
To everyone else, don't balk at the filesize. The music works very well with this table, else, this table is a worthy download at any rate.

How ya been sleepy? I remember when he was doing those tournaments. On the dev set I use to make tables on I still have the "tournament edition" version I made before Sunny modified it for his tournament site. It was based off of version 1.4 as I recall, and some of the things I did on that table I later added to the regular table

Yeah, I decided to go ahead and include the music files with the table zip (kinda nice to have everything in one zip file). I'm thinking about doing that when I upload Initial D (for VP8 ) here, though the resulting file size is sure to be a killer for some.

I recently found I still had an account at VPF from nearly two years ago and completely forgot about it, so I've started posting there. I will say there's quite a bit more there than what AJ had with the old VPF. But yea, there should be some way to administer online tournaments there.

I guess you could say I'm slowly working my way back into VP after being away for ages pursuing other interests. I'm starting out small while I get familiar with the changes in VP9. I've got updates in the works for Yu-Gi-Oh, Tokimemo, and Initial D to make them better suited to VP9. Then I have some ideas for some updates to Yu-Gi-Oh (I'm thinking about adding an option system like what I have in Tokimemo as well as a couple of optional time-based game modes). Those could take some time to implement.

I'm also thinking about attempting to make BGC work with VP9 but that may be a bit more involved, and I have some ideas on updating it beyond the needed changes for VP9. I also have ideas for new tables as well.

I've always liked this table, had it for a while and 14 or 15MB these days is nothing much to download, so I say go for it. Only thing I've never really liked is the top flipper left/right flip settings, which always seemed counter-intuitive to me, oh and perhaps the flippers being a little longer then need be and such minor details. That said brilliant table and well conceived and created indeed, thanks Neo. :)
