Bank-A-Ball, 1932 by J.F. Linck Corp. V. 1.1 for VPX

- Fixed the plunger for much more perfect shots.
- Fixed when a ball goes to the plunger and keeps the other balls back when following it.
- Various graphical tweaks.
- Fixed the outer machine wood. Looks NICE now.
- Fixed the top gate to work more properly.

    B2S server.exe Version 2.5.0.320 How can you make the B2SDMD stay on Visible. Make it the default instead of hidden. Did new install of 10.8 final have many tables I would have to open to change to visible instead of hidden. Any help would be much appreciated.
