Wow, I haven't thought about this table in a long time. Perhaps, I should update it. Francisco666 is the original builder but I have not heard from him in a long time. Before he left, he gave anyone permission to mod his tables. I would think he would be OK with you using the playfield from this table, especially since it is for your own use and won't be published. I am not sure what kind of resolution you need for an overlay for a real table. I have had good luck upscaling images using a free program called "Upscayl". I find it best to turn on the "double upscale" option that is available on it. Then, I normally reduce the size of the image to the resolution I need.

That said, there are companies that specialize in creating a new playfield surface for you like the one linked below. Such companies may have resources for getting the the correct image without you needing to provide it. You can get a plastic overlay that goes on top of the surface but I have read that they don't play the same as the original.

I only work on Future Pinball table so I am by no means an expert. There are guys that refurbish real tables on this forum so you might post a question here:

    B2S server.exe Version 2.5.0.320 How can you make the B2SDMD stay on Visible. Make it the default instead of hidden. Did new install of 10.8 final have many tables I would have to open to change to visible instead of hidden. Any help would be much appreciated.
