- added PUP_SSF_Max_Volume setting to TABLE OPTIONS - PinEvent
- moved PUP_BallRoll_Max_Volume setting to TABLE OPTIONS - PinEvent
- added Lost_Ball_Key option if player lost a ball from a glitch, has no balls left, and can't progress (TABLE OPTIONS)
- added Force_Tilt_key option in case game became stuck and player can't progress (TABLE OPTIONS)

Lost_Ball_Key and Force_Tilt_key are disabled by default. They are only meant as a last resort option if your game became stuck for whatever reason and you can't progress.

- added "setlocale to US" to fix some possible formatting and compatibility issues (mostly PUP)
- corrected the Ball Appearance options (TABLE OPTIONS)
- added Specular_Lighting setting (TABLE OPTIONS)
- new option to toggle DMD position (HUD or playfield x6 positions) (TABLE OPTIONS) - ideal for single screen cabinet view players
- new option to adjust DMD size (if set to show on the playfield) (TABLE OPTIONS)
- adjusted Drain area, removed collisions from Ram-Man's model to help prevent possible lost / stuck balls
- recoded TILT sequence to do limited checks for balls, then forcefully end the turn (in case of lost balls)
