SS Original Table BAM FizX FP Nightmare On ElmStreet Ultimate Pro FizX 3.0 V_107

A lot of fixes, removed triggers for Fizx3
Fixed the ball getting stuck under the top left flipper
Fixed the mode ending the game (save girl mode I think)
Added action camera for special modes. Special 1 key
Added flame thrower and fire embers burning
Added partial effect trails which are adjustable
Added Custom Balls Selectable with left flipper
Added number of balls per play selectable via Right Flipper
Pussy mode selectable via Special 2
Updated layers to shine as glass should
Added Glass layer ontop of the left main ramp for a tunnel effect
Changed sleep and awake mode playfields
updated the lighting added flasher
Renabled the ray tracing and ball shadows
Got sick of this table to where I do not want to see it for a long time!
This is pretty much my first complete version.
Next, finish BTTF and IronMan. Finish Tales From The Crypt, and a couple others
