Description
Small update to fix issues with Multiplayer not working correctly.
Integraated BAM Physics and advanced flipper physics into script no need for external xml file.
Fixed issue with multiplayer where on last ball the flippers would not work for player 2 and above.
Fixed issue with entering high scores where it would stop music after high score was entered.
Fixed issue with displaying congradulations on high score where the score was below the top 10 scores for the table.
Added display notification when another player is added for multiplayer.
Added support for 2nd flipper button to change from 5 to 3 ball mode.
