3D models

Hi guys.

I´m new here, so i want to know something, is there a way to import VP models to any kind of 3D software, like 3D Max?

Not really as VP doesn't have or use models, all the 'models' you see on a VP table are made up of VP walls, ramps, decals and reels.

I'm not really in the know as far as FP goes, though I believe there are tools to import custom FP models with some limits to the complexity of those models. As for exporting models from FP, I've no idea...

This is a late response...
It is possible to take a screen grab of a VP project table and convert it to .svg (scalable vector graphics) and then use a 3D modeler that offers .svg to model conversion, but the rendered results would only be usable as picture graphics in VP.
Currently you cannot export the model back in to VP, though the .svg conversion to pictures could do a reasonable job in a pinch.
It depends on the capabilities of the modeler/renderer and the .svg converter.
