a new WIP!

I had this dream that a table should be a relaxing experience, so I set out to make one based on enjoyment (and point accumulating!)! Don't be fooled by the black table. Once you open your eyes you will see it for all its glory then you can set about to make it 'come to life'! I won't say another thing until i post the completed table. Give me about 5-7 more days on it, all I'm doing now is tying in some lights with their respective triggers, and scoring (and I want to toss in about 4 spinners, too!) But the table itself works. I couldn't use drop targets due to some graphics issues with droppable walls, but it works out ok with none in it at all. The table flow is there and that's what counts..(and I'm not positive about the name yet,).ok enough blabbing...

um, actually I've yet to figure out where in the coding it is to change it to a five ball, honestly, I've never looked for it, you are the first to ask. Why? are my pins really that tough? :) ok this one may be but only if you want to 'finish' it. There is no tilt (I don't want one in this one), actually jiggling it is encouraged to hit all the rollovers! Hopefully my next one will incorporate a tilt feature, but with the plunger, I had my hands full with coding, anyhow! And all the triggers (so far there are over 30 of the little buggers!)sigh, and all those lights that go with them...whew...

I can correct both of these things for you if you wanted it, post the script you are using and I will correct it for you and post the fixed script, and then you can compare both scripts with each-other to see how to do it next time.

And, do you know about using collections? If there are a lot of things that act similar, or have some kind of order, or are used together, etc, you can put them in a collection. If all the triggers have the same purpose, put them all in one collection, and then make another collection of the lights with the index in the collection the same as the index of the corresponding triggers. I see *a lot* of tables that don't use collections, but collections should really be used in many cases (just look at nearly any table I made, and you will see it).

And, drop targets do work. Just ensure to put nothing else in the same location as the drop targets, because that's what causes the graphics issues. If you want to make the target invisible when dropped, you can set the bottom height to a negative number (I almost always do this).
