Every year at this time, i make a Freedom Rock! compilation CD, ensuring that every artist is American, and, every year, it starts off with this song. Fine choice! BTW, Freedom Rock! 2013 does, indeed, rock!

I think you'd love them, Jon! I always try to wrap up each edition with a song that's... elegiac? Anthemic? Something that maybe sums up an artist, maybe America, maybe something on a more personal level. This year's final selection on Freedom Rock! 2013 is as follows. A haunting song, as if the artist is predicting the future some 9 years down the line.
