No I don't have an alt. yet. When I go that route I will not see if I can pull it off, but how many times. I will not stop after 100 alts.

It's stupid to remove a wheel that just needs grease. Usually that does NOT happen. What is usual though is that the problem was not the wheel after all, but the axel, bearings, total lack of grease, or oh yes, the hub.

Could be Brian, could be. I never heard anyone say that support should stop until and unless, though. I never heard of any posts moved because they said anything close to what mine did.

The point is however that my post was moved, though I could not find it, deleted, though I was told it was only moved, what ever, the point is that it was said bluntly and in such a way that if not addressed would probably had an effect on the number and amount.

The point is the same thing that my post caused me to be banned, was a post that said nothing less than this should happen.

The point is you are going to get the benifit of what my post pointed out. A post that was fucked with in some way, whatever that was.

The point is AJ's is going to be better, and that it is because the things I said it should in a post that WAS DELETED or MOVED, whether or not that post had a direct result.

The point is that now you will enjoy these changes.

Wondrous variety - amazing differences. I guess it's just a varied perspective. The fact is that Future Pinball is improving, after all the belly aching, abuse, hacking, comments in private chatrooms, email threats and lawsuits, it persists because it can. And I'm banned and can't say anything there because of what I did. heh. The thing just won't die!!! Amazing for someone who used to quit at the first bad comment is putting up with it and proceeding with what he wants to do - so out of character. Strangely enough, I couldn't really care less if I was ever allowed back on that forum or not. You, on the other hand, will continue to bring up your situation and keep trying to fight a battle there is no chance of winning. We differ in this respect.

Who gives a fuck what you remember? What I write is not based around what you may or may not remember. It's based on what happened. I mentioned all those things and the lie about 100 supporting members too. I wanted my D/As erased when this new group took over as an apology, I did not demand a formal apology from this lot. But so what if I had done that? what the fuck is that to you. They could have said no, could they not have? As I recall they did. You know what, I remember what you are talking about. when they said that they had to do something because the site rules demanded it. I said if it's about the site then let the site handle it, but it was not the site, it was them.

After tomorrow I will never ask for nor accept restoration of my membership. If I don't have it tomorrow, I will do what I can to find out how a site that takes donations for roms could be. Vengeance? and what about all the other people who made donations, or supplied tables? or helped in other ways? This is ridiculous, why should a site have to cater to you, one individual person at the expense of everyone else?

How many times do you need to be kicked out of places to learn perhaps the way you handle things make you unwanted? It's not healthy to carry hate and anger about something so trivial as being banned from a website, you can post here can't you? You can get tables here, or off of other areas of the net...

Its your choice to do whatever you want, but there are people obeying the rules at VPF, able to have arguments/disagreements, and not get banned. I think you carried your, I'm a victim thing too far and people got sick of it, theres a time to accept the fact the guard changed and to let the new folks handle things and move on...Life's too short to post thousands of posts over a simple banning...

I'm just saying that money being involved is the only thing I have going for me legally. Otherwise no person or agency cares. The fact that it was a donation don't matter though, because something was promised that I would not get without that donation. Amount don't matter either, nor does a third party sending me money, which is cool, I thought, Each and every member and staffer can send me money, for any reason, any amount, but it just can't count as a refund for the money sent to and for AJ's server. I also learned that money refunds don't wipe the fact that services paid for were not recieved.

Not that I can't use the money, send it by all means, this is going to be expensive. Anything sent will be returned at least 100%.

The site wont need to be taken off the internet, and I can't do any thing to change that, nor will I try. I already paid $400 just to hear shit that I could have told her for a fraction of the cost. How does $16,000.00 sound? I think that is very low, when you look at all the good tables that are there.

People steal from others all the time in this world, and people make movies about how clever these folks are. But when someone's cought that scams people's donated money they almost always just go hide under a rock for the rest of their lives. Thats what happened here. I broke no rules, other than the word filter, but that was past at that point, but I was given the head administrator's word that if I did, I would be confined to the AC. Now, I assume that that means a membership, with attachment viewing, PM, file server access, etc.

That is at least as bad as what you all are hating my guts over.

At last I started to try to understand what's the concern a little, but without the needed consequence. Understand there is too much to read here and there and translation is hard work for me and in the end I don't really understand and I can't decide on my own, who is right or not in my view. I'm sorry, but it's mostly Shockman's posts I have mosts problems to translate and understand. I don't consider him as a bad boy and in the end I don't think it does matter who is right or not. But from some of his last posts I get impression of him getting persecution mania (right word?).

unfortunately for your argument, the staffs at ALL internet sites have the right to run their sites the way they want, including banning whoever they deem to be harmful to the site.
