Most the time I find dds textures and encripted models I know github has some asset converters or MX Commander or NinjaRipper I have had luck using DragonUNpacker before https://www.elberethzone.net/dragon-unpacker.html

I also heard that there is a program that lets you rip any model from your cache but its hard to use. Spin3d is a nice little program that converts lots of stuff https://www.nchsoftware.com/3dconverter/index.html

Some companies don't care if you use their models as long as you are not making any profit or selling them.
