BAM already monitors these values so we can just plug them in ....

ball.SetVelocity Velocity.x, Velocity.y, 0

So if you want to boost the ball by a factor of two, it is very simple:

ball.SetVelocity 2*Velocity.x, 2*Velocity.y, 0
