BAM with updated openvr

Hi,
OpenVR plugin for BAM is almost 5 years old and is using outdated openvr api.
Here is updated beta version with open vr api 1.16.8.

Goal to update api was not to increase performane but to prevent problems with old api.
Please, test this version if it still works as it should.

Quick test on several tables.
No crashes or weirdness of any kind.

The high CPU frametimes persist and seem to be locked almost 500ms or almost 1000ms for some reason.

I get the a smooth experience at 90FPS on a Vive nonetheless. So all seems good.

With my "quest2 in wifi" no crash, on several tables with version 1.5.327.
On the other hand the CPU frames are of the order of 50ms at startup and rise slowly, until when it becomes unplayable

But the pb is elsewhere.
With version 315, we do not have this pb

I'm worried about that too.... how long v315 will hold? Newer tables are already needing higher versions of BAM.
