Best simple launcher for VP/VPM ?

I've been looking for a simple launcher for my VP needs

I used to use VP-Man years ago and since it's a long time since the last update and doesn't seem to support VPX Tables , what's a good alternative for it ?

I use it on my home PC (no cabinet or fancy set-up) so I don't want a all-around resource intensive FE like Game-EX etc, what I want it a modern version of VP-Man or a simple launcher like Mame-UI

My collection included tables all the way from VP6 to VPX so being able to associate them with relevant VP builds is a must

Any good ones out there ?
