Gottlieb Big Indian (Gottlieb, 1974) Control Bank

The control bank (I think I'm naming it correctly but it's the round device on the left side of the photo) is stuck and runs non stop. It zeroed the points on all 4 players but won't stop and I don't have a clue as to how to fix this. Any suggestions? I'm clueless on the workings of a pinball machine. Thanks for any possible help or ideas.

That rotating device is your score motor. It will rotate until the reset is complete and the machine is ready to play ball one. Your score reels at zero is part of the sequence. You mention the control bank and I think your machine uses one to reset many relays to restart the game. As mentioned recently 120Vac is is used by the big solenoid that operates the reset bar. That 120Vac flows through the start relay too. This is a shock hazzard and with no isolation transformer that 120 Volts is looking for ground.
Maybe your problem is in the reset bank. Is the solenoid pulling in all the way ? What happens when you operate it by hand?

Score motor

Thanks for the reply. The score motor is what I am talking about. when it comes to the solenoid, etc. I'm lost. I'm clueless on these things and don't know what or where the solenoid looks like.
