Black Knight (1980)
The right-side upper and lower playfield flippers on the BK80 are tired together, though controlled by separate switches. These paired flippers are weak compared to the left side. The flippers are noticeably slower than their companions. They don't return smack the ball with the same force, and the flippers bounce with each ball strike. This ailment began after I rebuilt all the flippers with new hardware.
I've checked the cursory stuff recommended within the eleventy-bazillion posts on this topic. Voltage at both (new) coils is correct. Cabinet switch contacts are clean.
I'm stumped.
Thoughts? Suggestions? Recommendations?
