Williams Solved Darling (Williams, 1973) lights out

I have a 1973 Williams darling. the playing field lights go out & come back on during play. now they stay off. Found no loose wires help!!!!

Yes it plays and scores fine

is it possible the entire PF light chain has a single solder joint or relay in common?

check out the switches on the tilt relay and the lock relay for pitted contacts and proper blade adjustment. lightly file if needed.

The lock relay has contacts for playfield lamps. The circuit is fused so check for poor connections there abouts. I wonder if(Doubt?) the machine would continue to play correctly if the lock relay had open contacts?

:) I fixed it but I don't know how exactly. I filed the points & jiggled a million wires, turned it on & it works great Thanks to u all for your help Im sure you will be hearing from me again
