Disneyland Anaheim, Ca had a pinball machine in The French Quarter arcade in the 1960's that may have originally been a Bally.
It was a one-off custom "Pirates of the Caribbean" conversion and the case was natural solid wood. This was in the 1960's and was Not the later Stern Pinball PotC game. This arcade was in The Quarter just outside of the Pirates of the Caribbean ride. They also had a PotC-themed shooting gallery which was also housed in a solid natural wood case and was a conversion.
I haven't been able to find any information on this special pinball machine, but it was not available the last time I went to Disneyland in the late 80's. The shooting gallery machine was still there.
EDIT: The thing to remember is that this custom PotC pinball machine was installed at Disneyland in '67-68, at a time when pinball was illegal.
