Williams Fish Tales (Williams, 1992) Power Up Problem

I can't get my fish tales to power up, I have power at the electrical outlet but nothing happens when I flip the toggle switch. Any help in tracking down the problem would be appreciated.

I think the first thing I would do is check the switch to make sure it is working. When is the last time it worked properly and what has happened since?

I checked the toggle switch and it is good!
