FizX Bumper Base Is Too High

I was wandering if someone could help me. I know very little about models and even less about FizX models. I am working on "Attack From Mars" and I noticed the FizX model for the bumper base sticks up through the bumper cap. You can see it on the bumper on the right in the screenshot below. The bumper on the left has the standard T1 bumper cap where the one on the right has a shorter bumper cap that someone had modified. The reason the cap was modified is the standard cap sticks up through the ramp above it and interferes with the movement of the ball on the ramp. I was wandering if someone could shorten the base of the FizX bumper base. The FizX bumper still works correctly with the shorter cap. If no one can help me, I suppose I will just post the table as is and hope no one notices.

The bumper cap under the ramp is already shorter than the standard T1 cap. The height of the modified cap is just right because it does not poke through the ramp above it. The only change needed is to make the FizX base shorter so it doesn't go through the top of the cap like you see in the screenshot. It may not be obvious but the black area on the cap on the right side of the screenshot is the bumper base going through the cap. The bumper cap on the right should look like the one on the left if the height of the base is correct.
