Gottlieb Flipper Pool (Gottlieb, 1965) problem

We have two old Gottlieb Flipper Pool machines that were sitting for years. This morning I set them both up. They both start and play fine except when all 15 pool balls have dropped there is no reset. Both machines have this problem. Any ideas what to look for.

Hello, And I am posting this as a greeting and to bring your question back up to the top of this category. Some unusual activity in a earlier thread should not detract from you getting some repair ideas. It is weird that both your machines have the same issue. May you get a repair 2-fer. There are others that might can help you. Me, I don't have a suggestion...C-S

flipper pool is the add a ball version of bank a ball. if i had a schematic on this machine my guesses might be better. the drop a ball bank is a modified latch in bank. there might be 3 or more switches per each drop a ball latch in. in series switches , 1 per drop a ball . so when all balls drop it completes a circuit to a special relay. other latch in switches control backglass pool ball lights. resetting the drop a ball bank uses 2 reset coils(both are fused,located by right reset coil) they might be 120v coils because of the plastic wire used. this type of bank usually only resets at the start of a game. bank reset during mid game was rare for a single player game.
