Fullmetal Alchemist - VPX port of the 2007 VP8 table

This is a port to VPX of my Vp8 table from way back in 2007. Last year I ported it into VP9 so I could run on cabinet mode, however I have now brought it into VPX. In so doing, I have implemented a few things to bring it up to speed a bit more. It uses VPX goodies like Flipper stuff from JPSalas, ball rolling sounds etc, imported into this from my Yuki table.
