I typed in Sea Creature and Sea Monster in at IPDB search.

Just follow the clues
The first picture, it is not a machine made in America
Second Clue, it is a wedge head, so only 1 player
Second picture, it is obviously European. So look through all the bigger companies that made games in Europe
The artwork was suggesting a Solid State game, so I was wrong there
I'd looked through Playmatic and Sonic (both in Spain)

I presume it is from one of your tables. The quality is better than anything I found. I looked for tables with dice and saw Space Gambler and figured that was it because of the space ships on your first pic.
