Gottlieb Hot Shot (Gottlieb, 1973) problem

I am having a problem with the game over light coming on whenever I loose a ball between the flippers or when it kicks out to the ball shooter lane at begining of game.
Can someone please give some help with this problem.

in this era of gottlieb a hold relay was used . if this hold relay drops out during normal play the game over relay will pull in. being pulled in all the time , the hold relay coil wires heat up, get brittle, and cause intermit. connections. whenever i shop out a machine the hold relay coil or lock relay coil is on the parts order list.

Thank you for your help!
I got the game over light to go off when starting the machine by making an adjustment of a previously closed switch on the XB last ball relay, however now it doesn't come on after the 5th ball.
I'm am not sure this switch should have been open. I have the schematics, but I do not know how to read them. I am pretty new to this hobby.
I believe the hold relay is working fine.

Thank you for all the help. I now have the game over issue fixed. The only thing not working now is the specials. They light up and rotate but does not award games when the target is hit. The target does score points when specials is not lit so it must be a relay somewhere.
