How can I creating a 1 way gate that also works like a ramp in VP (help)

Imagine the ball is heading to a gate, the gate is angle shallow so that the ball goes up it towards a ramp. if it comes from behind the gate it works like a hidden exit.
side profile ball O -> / (top segment is ramp). can i make this in VP?
