VP9 Game Plan Recreation Help How can I enable 3-5 Balls on the VP9 Captain Hook tables? NONE of them are functioning correctly(only 1 ball per-game)!

I've checked-into EVERY SINGLE VP9 version of the Captain Hook table by GamePlan & ALL of them are stuck w/ only 1 ball per-game. WHERE in the script can you correct this, so that it functions correctly? The Dips settings at the end look as though they are controlling this. But, if they are named correctly(the characters are listed for each option)each variation still acts like there's only 1 ball available. So, it appears something is either missing from the script or incorrectly set in it, so that only 1 ball is available per-game...

I've also tried adding/removing a ball using the "B" key. But, there's no effect of ANY kind when doing this(So, maybe it's linked to that)...

Anyway, if anyone knows how to enable proper 5 or even 3 ball play, please explain what needs to be changed/added...

I've included as an attachment the VP9 version I first noticed this on. But, even the newest version still does this(I would attach that as well, but the script problem is the same, either way)...

-Thanx N Advance

Try hitting F6 while the table is running.
This will bring up the tables Dipswitch settings window, where you can adjust number of balls per game.
Default is set to 1 ball.

Be sure to hit F3 after clicking OK at bottom of Dipswitch settings window.
I just tested and it works.

OH!

Thanks! I NEVER thought about doing it that way. I usually just fix things in the script(IF I can figure out what to do,that is). I mean,I'm not that familiar w/ what to type, most times. I tend to just delete sections or mess-around w/ the values. VERY basic stuff like that...

I mean,I only have a single-monitor set to a CRT-style resolution & it's NOT oriented to imitate a pinball machine IRL,because it's for ALL my PC gaming(mostly retro). So,I've gotten used to editing-out the Backglass-related stuff & altering the perspective of the FS-tables A LOT. Which means,I experiment w/ the scripting when I run into ANY errors that table-editing seems to not help resolve. As,it seemed to work the few times in the past I did it /that/ way,I had thought that would be the only kind of thing that I could expect would work this time...

Also,I never remember what all of the Function keys do & there's hardly ever a reminder in the readme/rule files that I read, about F6. Or,maybe because I'm doing a lot of saving/double-checking of VP-related files right now,I'm forgetting(from reading so many of them) what some of the function keys do,beyond the F1-3 range(I'm familiar w/ them,at least)...

Anyways,Thanks again for the info/reminder! I really thought only a script edit could fix this! Also, apologies I took awhile to respond,it's been difficult to access the 'net where I live lately,Sorry...

-Peace :)
