for example, could i turn this series into some kind of font-equivalent that would let me create images like your new signature?

I hate spam too, I used to be a Mod at P-O a long time ago and I hated all the spam posts, spam is one of the reasons I didn't want to be a Mod anymore. I must say thanks to all the Mods and Admins for removing all the spam posts and threads. Thanks

the (and I can't really say easy, but) easiest way for ME is to use an art program and layer an outline of the letter onto a white background, literally building my font letter by letter. use a custom color, name it as a font file, (Tff I think, but double check on that) save it to windows fonts. Actually just google free fonts and pick something you like, that's where the chinese font on my WIp comes from I just grabbed it a few weeks ago since the fonts here don't cover it. In fact I guess I should post it huh...

TTF's are vector-based, not image-based, AFAIK. could you attach your homemade font here?

heh, i'm not sure i'm being practical or clear.

my first thought was to make an image of my name out of the butterfly letters, then i thought that others might want to do that also, which is why i thought of the font / automation aspect.

when words and messages were typed out, it would probably look a bit like a ransom note... not totally sure. :)

I wasn't referring to ANYBODY on this list, just the low form of life who gets their rocks off by spamming discussion boards and your e-mail. The spell check, oops...didn't double check before submitting.

Lately, there has been a lot of this; looks like things need to change to help keep it out. One of the latest things has been to sign up and suddenly, big bunches of threads have mindless lettering, sometimes 10 times on a thread.

oh please.....thats nothing......i got real a dick neighbor.....where i live everybody is on a well.....my well has tree roots from my neighbors trees.....he wont cooperate.....he had to dig a new well because of tree roots.....i offered to help financially to call in a tractor to dig up the trees.....he turned into a dick head, got nasty and called the police.....i gave him assistance yrs ago when he had well trouble.....he knocked on my door asking for help and gave it to him.....layed out garden hoses and gave him water untill he got his well back online.....when i asked him for a little ryhtem back he got nasty and called the police.....then his wife made a few passes at me.....went bad to worse.....some property came up vandelized......he called the cops on me for everything he could.....what a dick head!!!!.....i got a for real dick head neighbor......nobody likes him
