Looking in to Add-ons/Plugins for the browsers to enable speech.
HTML CSS has tags for invoking the text to speech engine, but these tags are ignored by browsers that do not have the Speak Add-On/Plugin, including Internet Explorer even though XP and up ships with Narrator.
I guess Narrator lacks the integration to I.E.

BUT BE WARNED. For some damn reason after using the shortcut keys to open it, Narrator now wants to open on boot.
Another fine mess that M$ has gotten me in to...
