Regarding SSF sound volume you can change it in the script.

Unfortunately I don't remember by heart and I can't check but search for "channel" and there should be a line near it for SSF sounds volume. And I'm pretty sure there's one line for "multiplier" too.

One little wish - maybe it could be possible to change the french callouts with english callouts ?
