I was hoping to rebuild my AS-2518-49 on my Kiss pinball this weekend. I'm not getting 5 or 12v values out of of TP1 and 4 respectively. I was basing the rebuild on Steve Kulpa's page, but when I took a hard look at my board, it looks like someone has already done some work on the board, so it leaves me perplexed on how to proceed. Here are some pics:

It looks like one of the rectifiers was removed and rebuilt with some weird looking contraption. And I really don't understand the two wires that are coming out from the one original remaining rectifier. Is that how it is originally? Any thoughts would be helpful.
