WOW! Thank you xenonph. The table is beautiful!! I was very excited to see it today.
I really love the audio and the lighting ... especially the blue flashes and the firey explosion.

Last Starfighter, The (Taito, 1983)

There are 2 versions available.
All of the following changes are on both versions, except the Pup version has animated apron videos.

v1.01 PUP
Moved the "holes" for the right slingshot from the playfield, to under right slingshot.
Added a lighting effect "under" the explosions animations.
Added holes and wood areas in the playfield under the 6 targets.
Added a very light "shadow" to the playfield art for the plastics.
Re-worked the apron preparing it for the pup version.

v1.01 no PUP for me.
Too bad, it lost the animations that were in the beta but if they were causing issues for others, I understand. It'll be on permanent availability status nonetheless.
It is a beauty, it is "chatty" but not boring, has lots of action, sci-fi theme (my thing, and 80's sci-fi on top for extra kudos), cool effects, a retro-future vibe that brings back that feeling every kid had while dreaming of going to space back then, and great gameplay ... Did I miss something? :)

Thanks for the kind words!
I do plan on finishing the apron animations in the Non-PUP version.
I only had the drain animations left to do. And fixing the script for the in-game animations to work correctly.
I also do not have Pup installed, so I feel your pain!
