An app, you enable it and it will post live as it happens whatever is going down to the internet...via whatever mobile device you have in hand?

Maybe I should start a start up fund deal..

Well, I was thinking about that many, many years ago, and also with the ability to upload to the local authorities in case of a crime in progress.
So I am sure that the local "Telephone Lady" already knows about it. Her and "the Apple people". They are currently doing it as the Livestream app, and others.
There is also a Ustream app (free) for Facebook.
Bummer.

Yeah nah you just don't get it do ya Sleepy, this would be none of those things, there would be a site where all these clips are posted to immediately for all to view...none could deny, time, date and location stamped! No accounts facebook or otherwise, you agree to the terms of the app that's it.

I doubt it. I was thinking like you, like at YouTube.
But there needs to be an anchor site for the upload stream so that there is an IP address to connect to. And second, so that somebody can stop the pervs and spammers out there, else send them to the adult sites or offline.

Anything else is already available as a private video chat which can be delivered outside of the Internet on 4G wireless. But again, to be wide open public requires an anchor and that is what the Facebook app and the Apple app provide.
And looking around, the Facebook app allows the use of a Facebook fan page to deliver the stream. The fan pages do not require a membership to view them, as long as they are set to "Public". I know though. You are suggesting a no-hassle upload. The powers that be want accountability. No pervs, spammers or inciting hate and violence without accountability.

Onus is on the user as per the conditions, location, time, device ID recorded along with the clip. A site IP no problem, filters would stop the spam and abusers would just be incriminating themselves.

Something like that, though usable on any mobile device with an internet connection one touch and it's on.
