Gottlieb Mars God of War (Gottlieb, 1981) problem

I have a single ground wire labeled A7P8/A7J8 that is screwed to my backbox latch. Does anyone know where both ends of that wire are really supposed to terminate? Thanks !!

my service manual says that A7 is the transformer board. many ground wires come from a ground connection on that board. all wires that come from the transformer board go to either circuit board edge connectors or male-female dis-connect plugs. J and P usually mean jack# and pin#. sometimes ground wires might be added from circuit boards for the ground mods update.

This does show A7J8 carrying light box ground to A7 Bottom Board. I had one of these MGOW machines. I had many intermittent issues. You Need plenty of added ground wires to keep it stable.

You know what wire feeds the #2 display, 2nd digit from the left and 4th digit from the left?? A1J3 #8 (yellow, purple, purple) and # 10 (purple, brown, brown)??
